HUD’s site visits are a part of the Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant kick-off process. Augusta’s site visit was held virtually due to travel restrictions during COVID. Augusta’s Choice planning team along with its consultant, WRT, presented a two-day, four-hour successful introduction to the city. The tour laid the foundation of Augusta’s rich past, present, and future aspirations of a growing city. Please take the opportunity to take the tour and view the information presented to HUD as they visited Augusta virtually.
